Gluten Free

In our endeavour to continuously extend JG Ross’s bakery range in imaginative and innovative ways, Graeme and Cameron Ross, together with some famous names in natural and nutritious food development, have, for the past two years, been perfecting and producing gluten free baked goods.

The highly enterprising and revolutionary Pulsetta range of gluten free bread and rolls which was developed by Dr Karcher is solely manufactured by JG Ross and distributed to wholesale customers as well as being available in our shops and bakeries. Besides making bread and rolls, we worked alongside renowned food writer Liz Ashworth to develop a range of cakes and biscuits too, which have already won awards.

In order to produce these goodies in a controlled environment, we have reopened our Portsoy site and dedicated it as a gluten free production bakery. Feel free to contact us to find out more about these exciting products and our complete gluten free range.
